Proposal of a non-linear curve for reporting the performance of solar cookers

چکیده
Performance parameters of solar cookers have conventionally been determined by assuming a linear trend between the cooker power and difference load temperature ambient air temperature. This approach may not be convenient for some designs. In present work, suitability non-linear regression derived from fitting measured to second order exponential polynomial was investigated compared with regression. Both regressions were corresponding experimental curves panel box cooker. case cooker, plot confirmed over large period conducted test. Minor deviations data observed only at beginning end On contrary, in significant points observed, while smaller obtained using Thus, proposed method can seen as promising that should considered when updating existing procedures testing reporting performance cookers.
